The first session will begin with a comprehensive assessment of your personal and medical history, as well as a discussion about your specific goals and concerns. Together, we will create a customised treatment plan to address your needs. During the session, you will be comfortably positioned on a massage table while remaining fully clothed. To identify stresses within your body, gentle muscle monitoring techniques will be utilised. This process allows us to gain insights into the imbalances and areas that require attention.
Based on the specific needs of your body, a variety of techniques will be employed to restore balance and promote healing.

The number of sessions needed varies based on your specific concerns and goals. While some improvements may be evident after just one session, reinforcing positive changes often requires multiple balances.
For optimal results, I typically recommend an initial balance followed by subsequent balances spaced 1-2 weeks apart. After the third session, we review progress and, if suitable, transition to monthly sessions. On average, clients find that a series of approximately 5 sessions is effective in achieving their desired outcomes.
At our initial appointment, we will discuss and assess your unique needs. Together, we will develop a personalised treatment plan tailored to address your concerns and goals effectively.

For your comfort during the session, I recommend wearing loose and comfortable clothing. I suggest wearing shorts, pants, or any attire that allows ease of movement. My priority is to ensure that you feel comfortable and unrestricted throughout the session.

During the initial session, I allocate up to 90 minutes to thoroughly assess your medical history and address any specific concerns or questions you may have.
For subsequent sessions, a balance session will last 60 minutes.

No, you do not need to bring anything specific with you to the session. However, if you are currently taking medications or supplements, you have the option to bring them along. Through muscle testing, I can assess if they are compatible with your body and evaluate their potential impact on your overall wellbeing.

The responses following a Kinesiology session vary from person to person. Here are some common experiences reported by my clients:
Feeling Amazing: Many individuals experience an immediate sense of wellbeing and continue to feel great in the days following their session.
Emotional Release: Some people may initially feel emotional, tired, or drained after their balance. However, this is often followed by a remarkable upliftment and improved emotional state.
Detoxification Symptoms: It is not uncommon to experience detoxification symptoms such as headaches. These are normal signs that your body is healing and adjusting.
